My last year tenure project was to help put together the instructors program. After reviewing and submitting all the documentations for state laws rules and regulations. We have completed creating a course. It is state approved to begin teaching the instructors program here at south suburban college. The instructors program will be over seen by Dean DR Beasland and my self the program coordinator. After completing 1500 hours to receive a barber license certification, you then can return for 1000 hour program to become a barber teacher or if you have had your license for over three years you can take the barber teacher 500 hour program course. Which we are projected to start August 2023.
